Quintessential Gardens: a little piece of paradise!  It is not a small matter to be able to view intelligently the facts presented by the lack of open land for people to "see". That's why when people come here, the first thing they say is "HOLY POPCORN!". It's why we like to go to the ocean, to see vast spaces, or out west! Quintessential Gardens offers a variety of home grown organic plants for sale in the nursery.  We will give you a tour of the 71 gardens to see  plants growing healthy and free from pesticides and herbicides. When the corn maze is open, the GARDEN TOURS are $5/person.

Connected by Nature!  At the farm, you definitely feel like you're entering into the world of plants.

Here you discover why a drive to the country makes you feel so good! Quintessential Gardens at Fort Hill Farms invites you into this world with an open heart, following in the footsteps of our ancestors, who have used plants since the beginning of time.

Farming for the New Millenium: Organic Lavender flowers, in bulk or by the ounce, by the stem or by the bouquet!

Quintessential Gardens at Fort Hill Farms is Farming for the New Millennium and agriculture at its finest. We grow plants organically in the garden for a year, before re-potting them for sale in our nursery.

We do not spray them with herbicides to kill the weeds. We have guinea hens to eat all the bugs.

Nursery plants are normally sprayed 3-4 time per season for weeds, and then 2-3 times per season for bugs! People don't realize this because they cannot "see" the chemicals, and they are certainly not there when they are sprayed!

Livin' the healthy farm life! We want to tell you a little bit about our farm while you're here--so we put it all into the corn maze!  From the time you go into the maze till the time you come out, you will realize why we need to save farms, and why and how you can eat healthy food from local farms. That's why we don't want you totally lost in the maze--you won't remember anything you learned about farming!
